Horrible customer service. they refuse to respond! Canceled an order an hour after ordering AND 2 days before it shipped. Yet they mailed it anyways and now im stuck paying a restocking fee! Never again

My shoes are too small in the toe bed. Returning shoes COSTS CUSTOMER $7.00. What a scam! They advertise free return shipping and charge you $7.00. DON'T BY ANY MEANS ORDER FROM THIS DECEPTIVE/FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They will not, by any means waive the $7.00 fee even if you speak to a supervisor. I will never ever buy shoes from shoe buy again. Do yourself a favor and pick a reputible place to order shoes from not one that advertises free... Read more

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I paid $20 for next day air, received emailing stating next day air and they mailed my shoes UPS ground. They told me there is nothing they can do about it and they were unwilling to reship next day air. Supervisor I talked to, James, didn't care. Horrible company!

I ordered a nice scarf from Shoebuy. When it arrived, I was happy with the quality and color until I saw the price tag, where the MSRP price (blacked out with a marker that becomes visible from a certain angle under strong light) says $20. Shoebuy charged me almost $30 for it -- what dishonest business! Now I'm beginning to think if the previous items that I purchased from Shoebuy were overpriced as well. Tried to exchange shoes for dif. size. Free exchanges offered. Size needed was Not available so had to return the shoes. They now have a $6.95 restocking charge which is hidden in the small titles at the bottom of the page. Being an old customer this comes as quite a shock as it appears to a hidden charge. Often shoes need to be returned after trying them on so a new restocking charge which is not made clear is strictly a fraudulent... Read more

Despite having an 'unsubscribe' email option, my request has still not been honored over a month later. I continue to receive at least one to two email blasts a day. Their subscriptions page indicates that getting of their mail list can take up to 10 business days, but it has been significantly longer than that and my patience has worn thin. I have resorted to marking all email from Shoebuy as SPAM, and I will never do business with them again.... Read more

Tried to return pair of shoes to ShoeBuy as I have done several times in the past with no problems. Now, I am told that there is a $6.95 restocking fee. When I called customer service, they were rude and arrogant and read from a lame script. I spoke to a supervisor who basically said 'tough luck' and read from the same script. I brought what I thought were flats, but ended up with two inch heels. When I tried to return them, I was told that there was a "restocking fee" of $6.95. When I purchased them, the website claims it is so easy to return with free shipping, but you have to dig a few levels down to where they finally tell you that they charge you a "restocking fee" of $6.95. Extremely nice polite customer service but they lie into your face. They claim they will send you return label (I had to give them three! emails). None of the emails had the return label. I called multiple times-always extremely polite and friendly. I asked for supervisor. He was not available but I was assured he would call back. This never happened. We have been buying from ShoeBuy.com for many years. We have been completely satisfied with this company until now. They quietly have added a $6.95 per pair of shoes restocking fee in the last year. We recently purchased 7 pairs of shoes from them not knowing this new policy. We kept 3 pairs. We went to return 4 pairs and got charged to restock 3 pairs.
